The title of our project is WANDERS AND CYCLE LANES.

Summary of the project:
We intend to :
- develop the friendly relationships between the French, Romanian, Lithuanian students as well as the teachers;
- make them feel that they belong to one great culture - the European one;
- learn as much as possible about the partners’ land and life;
- promote the healthy way of living;
- help students to become friends of books again;
- motivate them to learn English in a more active way.
We would like to focus on four main topics:
1. Cycle lanes and walking tours around the four schools’ regions:
- creating cycling and walking lanes, making Powerpoint presentations with pictures of interesting places along these lanes illustrated with the prose and poems of regional writers
- sports activities for students,
2. Historical point of view;
- translating regional legends into English, making a booklet, a Powerpoint presentation with all the regions’ pieces of writing.
3. Literature aspects; Robert Stevenson (France), Halina Poswiatowska (Poland), Raimonda Zviniene (Lithuania), Alexandru Vlahuta (Romania). Translating some of their poems and prose into English.
4. Methodological part of the project; additional lessons in English based on:
- pop music songs,
- the computer technology,
- miming, board games and drama.
